Egret in Swamp signed by Gerard Smith. Very Nice Flat Gold frame with inlaid mat. Gerard was known for his Wildlife Art from Waterford CT. His canvases yield subtle textures and nuances, and are noted for their abstract compositions and lively patterns. Some of the celebrities who own his paintings include: Clint Eastwood, Burt Reynolds , as well as the corporate collections of the Rockefeller Foundation and Johnson and Johnson. Artist died December, 2011.
