An acrylic painting on board of the New York Skyline by listed American artist Edgar Stareck (1917 – 1987). The piece depicts the silhouette of the Brooklyn Bridge situated against a violet distant skyline of Manhattan illuminated by intermittent bursts of yellow and red. The piece is signed by the artist in white paint to the lower right corner. Presented without glass, under a beveled wood frame with an off-white finish.

- abrasion to finish on frame; minor scratches and stains to painting; paper removed from verso.
