Antique Asian Inspired Plates

A group of antique chinoiserie plates. The grouping of three plates is in various styles and designs. An octagonally shaped plated handpainted with a green pattern similar to that of Fitzhugh. The plate is marked on the reverse with a 福 (fuku), meaning Good Fortune and 7599 Green hand written in gold. A small oval platter dating from 1820 by Masons in the Table, Flower and Pot pattern. The small dish features a transferred image with handpainted bright polychrome detail. The reverse of the platter features the Mason Mark which had been painted green. From 1812-1820 is was a tradition in the factory to paint the mark with the last paint that was used for the day. A small round plate which is decorated with a handpainted dragon. The plate is unmarked on the reverse.
