Elm City Electric Wall Clock from the "New Haven Clock Company"

An ‘Elm City Electric’ wall clock from the ‘New Haven Clock Company’. This electric clock was made by the ‘New Haven Clock Company’. It was advertised in 1931 as being perfect for stores, schools, and offices. It features a mahogany finished case with large black Arabic numbers on the face. This clock has a ‘starter’ on the face of the clock that you slide after you plug it in. The metal face reads ‘Elm City Electric’ above the hands and ‘New Haven Clock Company Patents Pending’ along the bottom. Clock worked at the time of testing.

Condition

- clock worked when tested. Face is worn and has yellowed with usage and age.
