Item Details
An antique 800 silver and malachite lipstick case by silversmith U. Bellini. This case features an outer sheath with etched floral motifs. The lid pulls out to reveal a telescoping tube for lipstick and features a green cabochon malachite cabochon that secures the tube to the case. When the telescoping tube is removed from the outer sheath, a hinged door springs open to reveal a small mirror and an additional etched floral motif. The tube is stamped ‘800’. This item includes the original box marked ‘U. Bellini Silversmith Via Guicciardini No.2r Firenze.’
