Item Details
An oil painting on board still life by listed American artist Herbert Abrams (1921 – 2003). The piece depicts a series of objects, including a book situated underneath cherries, a glass bottle bordering to an antique scale weighing a variety of fruits and a gold tone mortar. All the inanimate objects are placed atop a white cloth against a blue toned background. The piece is signed by the artist in black paint to the lower left corner. Presented without glass, under a beige linen mat and housed in a wood frame with a black finish and gold tone accents.
