A signed Erté serigraph Lady With A Rose. The serigraph, by Romain de Tirtoff—more commonly known by his pseudonym, Erté—(Russian-French, 1892-1990) depicts a side view of a woman wearing a flowing Asian-style robe. It is signed in pencil to the lower right, ‘Erté’, along with the edition number ‘192/300’ in pencil, to the lower left margin area. The serigraph is presented with a cream mat edged in silver, under glass, in a silver tone wood frame and is ready to hang. A label affixed to the verso states that the work is titled Lady with a Rose, Artist, Erté, Medium, E396, Edition No., 192/300. Erté was a graphic artist and fashion designer who also designed jewelry and costumes for the stage.
