After Charles J. Crume, Jr. Offset Lithographs of a Fox

A collection of ten identical offset lithographs after a painting by Charles T. Crume, Jr. (1933-1996) of a fox. Each depicts the fox stalking a rabbit in a snowy landscape. The prints are signed ‘Crome’ in the plate to the lower left and marked ‘Plate XIV Copyright, 1972 Chuck Crume – Nature Art, Inc.’ and ‘From the private collection of Mrs. Fay Conner’ along the bottom margin.

Wildlife artist, Chuck Crume, taught physical education at Western Kentucky University. A park in Bowling Green, Kentucky is named after him.
