An antique Arts and Crafts period Bradley & Hubbard lamp in patinated metal. The owl form with yellow glass eyes and a verdigris mottled finish supports a glass shade. Bradley and Hubbard, primarily a maker of artistic as well as utilitarian wares in metal, was located in Meridian, Connecticut and sought to fulfill the desire of the public for wares not unlike those produced by Tiffany Studios. This owl is stylistically molded and has the hallmarks of the Arts and Crafts period.T here is a mark on the underside reading B& H. The owl dates between 1906-1920.
