A bronze sculpture after after Auguste Moreau (French, 1834-1917) titled Secret. This statue features two cherubs in bronze, one whispering into the other’s ear. The artist’s signature is cast in the bronze base and mounted to the polished dark marble base. Auguste Moreau was the son of the famous French sculptor Jean Baptiste Moreau, who focused on sculpture, painting and drafting and is recognized for his Art Deco style figural work.
