Vintage Barrister Bookcase

A vintage barrister bookcase. This classically styled mahogany barrister bookcase was manufactuered by the Globe-Wernicke Co. of Cincinnati, Ohio. It features a rounded edge oblong top and three glassed-in bookshelves with doors that slide up into the bookcase. The top shelf of the bookcase is decorated with leaded glass for additional interest. It stands on four slightly tapered legs.
