19th Century French Shelf Clock with "R. A. Thieble" Pendulum

Item Details

A 19th century French shelf clock in rare lantern form, cast in metal with great detailing galore. The clock displays an urn finial, drop handles at each side having well figured faces, a curved glass hinged door across the face with enameled Roman numerals, a pierced apron at the bottom edge in a quatrefoil pattern and scrolled feet. The pendulum is stamped ‘R. A. Thieble’ and the key is present.
