Hepplewhite Style Dining Chairs

Item Details

A set of six Hepplewhite style wooden dining chairs with a mahogany finish. This set includes five side chairs and one armchair. Each chair features a shield back, a seat cushion with salmon tweed upholstery, and tapered legs with an ‘H’ stretcher and spade feet. The armchair’s upholstery is highly speckled with gray; the arms have a slight outward flare and are embellished with light fluting. For a matching table, see item 17PIT003-007.

Condition

- heavy scratches, water spots, fading, and discoloration to wood; some chairs have loose upholstery; upholstery is stained and faded; armchair back has several cracks and chips.
