Item Details

An early 20th century spinet desk by H.E. Shaw Furniture. The wooden, mahogany-stained frame features ornate pigeon holes and small drawers, as well as deep, outer drawers with simple round pulls. In addition, this piece has a long shallow drawer at the bottom with a molded lower edge. It rises on faceted, turned legs ending in cylindrical feet. It retains a label for ‘Shaw Spinet / Made In / Grand Rapids’.
