A hardcover volume of Tennyson’s Poems, published in 1866 by Ticknor and Fields of Boston. This is the ‘Farringford Edtion’, bound in a maroon hardcover with embossed and gilt accents, and featuring gilt page edges and sixty-four engraved illustrations. Alfred, Lord Tennyson (1809-1892) was the poet laureate to Queen Victoria.
