Vintage Handel-Style Lamp with Painted Glass Shade

Beautiful antiqued silver or pewter finished lamp with painted glass shade. Handel style shade is painted on interior side, depicting a lovely rural scene of trees, water, and a villa or farm in the distance. Dual socket with pull chain and an older style plug with cloth covered cord.

PLEASE NOTE THAT LISTING HAS BEEN UPDATED 8/30/13: Four new photos have been added. The first two show the bottom of the lamp base, which has the number 6 stamped on it. The third photo shows the socket, which has the following wording on it – ‘BRYANT 250W 250V PAT MAY 7 1907 MADE IN USA.’ The fourth shows the pull.
