R.C. Gorman "Woman From Window Rock" Limited Edition Serigraph

A signed limited edition serigraph titled Woman From Window Rock circa 1982, by Native American artist, Rudolph Carl Gorman (1931-2005). Gorman is often referred to as the ‘Picasso of American Indian artwork’ by members of the Navajo Nation. This serigraph depicts a single Native American woman who is sitting on the ground with a red and tan striped shawl around her shoulders, which is displayed on a solid tan background. This piece is pencil signed and dated by the artist in the lower left margin and is numbered 123 out of an edition of 250 to the lower right margin. The print has a single tan mat and is housed behind glass in a large wooden frame that has rounded edges with a wire for hanging to the verso.
