An original oil painting on canvas titled Landscape Signs Throughout circa 1955, by artist, Arthur Deshaies. This piece is hand signed and dated by the artist in the lower right margin of the painting. This piece appears to be a painting over top the original painting – title marked to the verso: ‘Apocalypse Chapter 4 Beast with Wings’. The painting is housed in a simple off white wooden frame with a wire for hanging to the verso.

Condition

Minor scratches throughout frame. Heavy crackling to paint throughout. Appears to be a painting over top of another painting.
