Vintage Louis XV Style Inlaid Cabinet

Item Details

A vintage Louis XV style inlaid cabinet. The case is finished in mixed wood veneers and features a rectangular, molded top above a pair of blind doors opening to a vacant interior. The fronts are decorated with scrolled-foliate inlays and a metal escutcheon. Additional embellishments include acanthus-carved ornaments on the stiles. The cabinet rises on short, cabriole legs ending in whorl feet and centered by a serpentine skirt.
