Polished Ammonite Specimens
Item Details
A pair of polished ammonite specimen. This specimen exhibits the curvilinear growth lines which segment the septa, dating this fossil to the early Paleozoic era. Several cavities within the septa are filled with druse and other small quartz crystals. Flat faces are polished with the rounded exterior displaying opalescent qualities.
