An exquisite Christian Lacroix of Paris designer couture red soie silk formal gown embellished with black floral lace in a Spanish influenced design. The gown is sleeveless and is designed with a front bodice and with a long full skirt and front pockets accented with a black floral lace overlayer. The front of the gown is stitched on a separate full skirt. The bodice has padding pinned to interior with hook and eye closures with 1 1/4’ wide straps that criss cross on the open back, with a wide tapering tie bow cut at an angle on the ends. The full skirt has a drop pleat in the front, and is pleated with a floral black lace overlayer in the back, and falls to the floor with a longer trailing hemline in the back. The skirt has a hook closure with snap, and zipper with YKK enameled zipper pull. Made in France.
