Bev Doolittle "Sacred Ground" Porcelain Keepsake Box
Item Details
A Bev Doolittle porcelain keepsake box, after one of the artist’s original paintings, titled Sacred Ground. The rectangular box has a hand-painted birch bark pattern to the exterior. The top of the lid has a screen printed image of the original painting, which depicts a man on horseback, galloping through a grove of aspen trees, with another pack horse following behind. The bottom right corner of the lid has a printed signature ‘Bev Doolittle.’ The underside of the box is hand signed in black marker by the artist. The keepsake box comes with a certificate of authenticity, which says ‘Each edition limited by datemark 2003.’ The piece was produced by Preston Grove LLC and Casaday Corporation Ltd.
