Daniel Smith and Philip Powell Limited Edition Offset Lithographs

A pair of signed limited edition offset lithographs of ducks by Daniel Smith (b. 1954) and Philip Powell. One piece depicts a pair of ducks sitting on a wooden log in a swamp and is titled _1985 Georgia Duck Stamp Print’. The print is numbered 6924 in an edition of 14100 to the lower left and signed by hand to the lower right, both in pencil. The grouping also includes a print depicting a different pair of ducks standing on a log surrounded by poodles of water and tall grass and is titled 1992 Kentucky Duck Stamp Print. The print is numbered 151 in an edition of 8189 to the lower left and signed by hand to the lower right, both in pencil. Each print is mounted under a double layer of brown and beige matting, accompanied by a commemorative stamp depicting the same image and is mounted under glass in stained wood frames with hanging wire present to verso.
