An original signed limited edition serigraph on paper by listed American graphic artist Merle Izard (New York, born 1928). The print depicts a tall green vase holding a pair of vivid red and black poppies, all outlined in black. The ink has been combined with a unique additive, giving it texture and fluidity rarely seen in serigraph prints. The print is signed, titled, and numbered 89/810 in pencil to the lower margin. It is matted in red with black lining and is presented behind glass in a wooden frame with brushed silver tone finish and a hanging wire.
