A framed and facsimile signed 1998 White House Christmas card. The card depicts the State Dining Room in the White House that has been decorated for the holidays. The original watercolor that was used for the cards was by Ray Ellis. The card is facsimile signed on the bottom by both President Bill Clinton and by Secretary Hillary Clinton. The card is housed in a frame under glass and is mounted on a mat.
