Pair of Hummel Figurine Lamps

A pair of vintage Hummel figurine lamps. The pair includes one that depicts a girl in a tree, with a dog at the base, looking on. The other is similar, but with a boy in the tree. The girl lamp is marked ‘44B’ and ‘Out of Danger’. The boy lamp is marked ‘44A’ and ‘Culprits’. Both lamps are made of hand-painted ceramic, and both are marked with a cobalt blue bee and V logo, along with ‘W. Goebel – Germany’, and have the Hummel signature to the base. The lamps have brass tone sockets and fittings, and come with their original electric cords, with Bakelite plugs. The lamps switch on with push buttons, mounted on the bases. No lampshades are included.

- tail of one dog (boy lamp) has been broken off
