Circa 1930s Jacobean Style China Cabinet by Tomlinson
Item Details
A circa 1930s Jacobean style china cabinet by Tomlinson. The paneled, mahogany-veneered case features a central, glazed door opening to three interior shelves above a machine-dovetailed, long drawer. The drawer front is fitted with scalloped, brass-toned pulls and the panels flanking the door are embellished with molded cartouches. The drawer interior retains a label for ‘Tomlinson Chair MFG. CO.’ and the cabinet rises on a stretcher base with turned, bulbous legs and a scalloped apron.
