Charley Harper Signed Limited Edition Serigraph "Crawling Tall"
Item Details
An original signed limited edition serigraph on paper by very well-listed Cincinnati geometric minimalist wildlife artist Charley Harper (1922 – 2007), titled Crawling Tall. The print depicts a green caterpillar making its way up a wooden post and scaring a massive rooster into frightened flight. The print is signed in pencil to the lower right and is numbered 1911/2500 in pencil to the lower left. It is matted in white and presented behind glass in a beveled wooden frame with white acrylic finish and a hanging wire. Information about the piece is attached to the verso.
Condition
- small scratch to black ink on rooster’s tail feathers.
