A Delta model 23-880 8-inch bench grinder with stand. It features two 8-inch grinding discs set in a metal housing with plastic shrapnel shields. The grinder is powered by a 1/2 HP 3,500 RPM motor. Worked upon testing. The machine is bolted to a metal under structure with four diagonal legs and a shelf.
