Six Hitchcock Side Chairs
Item Details
A set of six Hitchcock side chairs. The Windsor-style frame of each chair has a slight downward curve on the outside corners of the crest rail and turned, slightly tapered slats; the seat is in a saddle style. The back and legs of each chair are painted black with thin gold tone horizontal accent bands painted on each of the legs and slats, and have a harvest motif painted in bronze tone and gold tone across the crest rail and the top side slats. The Hitchcock stamp is painted on the back edge of the seat.
