Item Details
A signed limited edition embossed aquatint etching with a la pouée coloring by well-listed American artist Nancy Nemec (New Hampshire/Massachusetts; 1923 – 2003), titled Family Affair, dated 1985. The image depicts a mama, a daddy, and a baby elephant, traipsing along among golden hanging foliage in the bright sunlight. The print is numbered 310 in an edition of 350, titled, signed by the artist and dated in pencil along the lower margin, mounted behind gray mat, under glass in a beveled wood frame with a gilt finish.
Condition
- light accretion on glass and frame. Finish of frame is worn along edges and corners.
