A signed and framed lithograph on paper titled The Adventurer by listed printmaker, Alec Cowan (1912 – ). This piece depicts a young boy sitting in a black chair reading a book. The print is titled to the lower left and signed by hand to the lower right, both in pencil. Mounted under a single layer of white matting, the print is mounted under glass in a black wood frame with hanging wire present to verso.

- print is rippling slightly under mat, paper backing torn.
