A signed oil pastel drawing by award-winning Ohio artist and art teacher Vivian Ripley. The piece depicts water gushing around rocks in a rivulet. There is a great sense of movement from coloration and strokes. The palette consists of greens, white, grays and browns. Signed in ink by the artist to the lower right. Double matted in cream and green, and set under glass in a faux marble metal frame with a wire on the back for hanging.
