The publisher is listed as ‘Ward, Lock, and Tyler, Warwick House, Paternoster Row’ in London. No date of publication is present. On the verso is listed the London printers of ‘Savill, Edwards and Co., Chandos Street, Covent Garden’. The book is half-leather bound and has a board hardcover. It is thought to have been published circa 1865.
