An original oil on canvas painting by Gleason. This depicts a white and brown long haired Pointer on the hunt, standing with its front left paw raised, tail straight out behind it and nose lifted. It is standing on a field with a hedgerow or tree line behind it. It is signed to the bottom right corner, in red ‘Gleason’, however no clear artist attribution could be made. This painted is presented in an elaborate painted wooden frame, wired for hanging.
