A collection of vintage Famous Horse Stories books. The collection includes eight books in the Famous Horse Stories series including Kentucky Derby Winner by Isabel McLennan McMeekin, The Magnificent Barb: The Horse with the Magical Foot by Dana Faralla, and The Sorrel Stallion by David Grew. Also included are three books in the Fury series by Albert G. Miller. All of the books in the collection were published by Grosset & Dunlap Publishers. The books were published between 1946 and 1963.
