Antique Dome Top Trunk with Interior Compartments

Item Details

A Victorian hump back trunk. This trunk features an embossed leather exterior with vertical wood slats and metal binding, lock, latches, lid lifter, and clamps. Under the dome lid is a drop-down compartment, and there appears to be a tray insert with a hat box at right and chromolithograph at left.

Condition

Fair to poor, drop down compartment door under lid is missing, handles are missing, various water stain and scratch wear.
