Vintage 1970s Johnny Bench’s “Home Plate” restaurant memorabilia is offered in this collection. Johnny Bench’s restaurant was located by Northgate Mall in the 1970s. The glass mug reads “Johnny Bench”s Home Plate Cincinnati, Ohio’ on its front. The backside of this mug reads “World Championship 1976” and lists the scores of the 1976 National League Playoffs and World Series games. Also list Johnny Bench as the 1976 “World Series MVP.” Colors are black and red. The two highball glasses feature the restaurant logo, Johnny’s signature, and a player sliding into Bench at home plate. Also in the collection is a plastic drink stirrer and a matchbook from the restaurant. This is a fun collection of souvenir Johnny Bench vintage items to add to your Reds collection.
