Kim Krause Acrylic Painting on Paper "Flowers I"
Item Details
An acrylic painting on paper titled Flowers I by Cincinnati-based artist Kim Krause, dated 1992. The painting depicts three magenta Cyclamen persicum and green leaves against a colorful gradated background, filled with green, yellow, blue, and purple tonalities. The work is rendered with loose brush strokes and scratched areas. It is presented behind glass, under a white mat, and housed in a simple wood frame. A label from the Toni Birckhead Gallery and a Scripps Howard, Inc. property label are present to the verso. The work is ready to hang with picture wire to the verso.

- minor tears in paper backing; minor scratches and scuffs in frame.
