Antique Oak Buffet
Item Details
A handsome, circa 1900, antique buffet in quarter-sawn oak. It features an upper shelf above a horizontal rectangular mirror, with the body of the piece having two drawers above a cabinet with double doors and one shelf, above a single lower drawer. The supports of the upper shelf and the front legs featured carved claw feet. The piece rolls on casters. Note that the key to the cabinet is not included; the right door can be opened but the left is locked. Matches with items 16CIN551-074 and 16CIN551-075 in this sale.
Condition
- wear and discoloration to the finish consistent with age, some cosmetic surface cracks, key is missing.
