Item Details

An Art Deco Noritake lusterware clown jar. The jar features a hand-painted, opalescent finish and has a removable lid with a clown head handle. The lid sits atop a tapered body with a round, flared foot. The underside is marked ‘Noritake / Handpainted / Made In Japan’ with an ‘M’ surrounded by a wreath.

- scattered wear, including a large chip inside lid; some scratches, scuffs, and paint marks to exterior.
