Kim Krause Acrylic Painting on Paper "Flowers III"
Item Details
An acrylic painting on paper titled Flowers III by Cincinnati-based artist Kim Krause, dated 1992. The piece depicts a purple orchid with irregular petals, a yellow pistil, and green leaves rendered with loose brush strokes and scratched areas. Yellow and purple tonalities fill the background with subtle touches of orange. The piece is presented behind glass with white matting, and housed in a simple wood frame. A Toni Birckhead Gallery label and a Scripps Howard, Inc. property label are attached to the verso. The piece is ready to hang with picture wire to the verso.
