A set of Wallace sterling flatware. The selection is in the Royal Rose pattern. The group consists of eight each iced tea spoons, salad forks, dinner forks, and knives. The set also contains twelve tea spoons, a butter knife, a sugar shell, and four serving spoons of various forms. The pattern was designed and issued in 1962 and is composed of repousse’ flowers and scrolls at the terminus and repeating at the handles and base. There are marks reading Wallace Sterling with a stag’s head. The set is housed in a box from a Roger’s Bros. set. and is treated with a tarnish resistant cloth. The approximate silver weight for the set excluding the knives with stainless steel blades is 56.66 ozt.
