Early 1900s Triner Peerless All Steel Automatic Parcel Postal Scale

Item Details

A Triner peerless all steel automatic parcel postal scale, designed and manufactured by James M. Triner and the Triner Scale and Manufacturing Company, circa the early to mid 1900s. This industrial scale was originally used by the by the United States Post Office Parcel Post Division, which features a green enameled finish and is fully operable and automatic to 70 pounds. There is a brass plaque to front that is stamped ‘905-8100-732000-2’, along with the number ‘21663’ located below.
