1955 Rookwood Pottery Green "Water Lily" Vase

A 1955 Rookwood Pottery green glazed Water Lily vase. The vase is decorated with water lilies in a green high glaze finish. The pattern was designed by Kataro Shirayamadani, a native of Japan and a celebrated decorator at Rookwood for sixty years. Marked on the bottom with the Rookwood flame mark, Roman numeral ‘LV’, pattern number ‘6833’ and ‘Rookwood Cinti, O.’

- there is a nick to glaze to exterior.
