Antique Eastlake Armoire

Item Details

An antique Eastlake style armoire. Features a carved pediment and cornice to the top with pyramidal and dentil detailing. The piece is fronted by double doors which open to reveal a variety of shelves for storage. The piece matches items 16LEX265-042, 16LEX265-044 and 16LEX265-047.

• Please note this is located in the basement of the residence. There is access to the basement, but pieces will need to be moved up a hill to the front of the house for removal.

• Please note, this is an item that may be especially difficult to move and/or transport. Unless shipping arrangements are available and made by the winning bidder, that individual is responsible for, and advised to bring, appropriate assistance, vehicle, and any necessary tools to pickup.

Condition

Veneer warping and wear on the door on the bottom left. Scratches and wear noted throughout the piece. Some dust noted.
