Antique Eastlake Dresser With Marble Top and Mirror
Item Details
An antique Eastlake dresser with marble top and mirror. Features an ornate cornice with dentil, scalloped and incised detailing. Includes a horizontal floral and foliate medallion above the mirror. The mirror is beveled. The rose marble top is carved into a bow front style. The piece features three lingerie drawers over two full length drawers. The piece features incised and columnar detailing and burl walnut veneers throughout. Most of the drawers are finished with brass bails and pulls, the bottom drawer features round wooden pulls. The drawers have Knapp/Scallop and Peg joinery, dating the piece to the late Victorian period of the late nineteenth century. The piece matches items 16LEX265-042, 16LEX265-044 and 16LEX265-072.

Condition
No chips noted in the veneer or marble. A few scratches noted on the top. Two of the brass bails and pulls have been replaced with round wood pulls.
