A signed lithograph on paper of an original painting by John A Ruthven (b. 1924) titled Miami Indian. This piece depicts a Native America kneeling on a rock while holding a spear. The print is signed in plate and by hand in pencil to the lower right corner and features the title of the print in typeset centered under the image. Mounted under a single layer of off-white matting, the print is under glass in a gold tone and stained wood frame. Silver tone hardware, a descriptive piece of paper about the artist and framer’s decals are present to verso.
