English Cauldon "Meissen" Blue Onion Type Porcelain Platter

An antique English Cauldon Meissen pattern porcelain oval platter in the theme of the ubiquitous Blue Onion design. The platter has a scalloped edge, outside border populated with blue onion, fruit and flower motifs, an inner border with wave and leaf pattern, and to the center a blue flower design with scrolling vines. The plate is marked to the verso.
