A collection of Classics Illustrated comic books, published by Gilberton c. 1944–1953. These comics feature stories from classic works of literature such as Jules Verne’s Around the World in 80 Days and Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, William Shakespeare’s Hamlet and A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Arthur Conan Doyle’s The White Company, Homer’s Odyssey, and more. This collection includes Classics Illustrated #5–7, 16, 27, 73–84, 90–96, and assorted issues ranging from #69–104, for a total of thirty-five issues.
